BLUE BELT CURRICULUM

Requirement:  BOXING  |  FORM  |  KICKING
(6 months - 72 Classes)


Blue Belt Boxing:

From fight stance, right leg back:
  • Front leg chisel round house  
  • Cross - Jab - Left Cover - Right Cover - Jab - Cross
  • Knee - Switch - Knee
  • Jab - Over Cross - Right Round House

Blue Belt Form: Taegeuk Oh Jang

Stances:
  • Front Stance, Tiger Stance, Back Stance, Crane Stance
Hand Techniques:
  • Low Block
  • Hammer Fist
  • Inside Forearm Block
  • Outside Forearm Block
  • Back Fist
  • Knife Hand Block
  • Forward Elbow
  • High Block
  • Slamming Elbow
Kicking Techniques:
  • Front kick
  • Side Kick

Blue Belt Kicking:
 
Start from fighting stance, kicks are executed multiple repetition each legs:
  • Jump Front kick - Switch - Jump Front kick
  • Spin Round house - Switch - Spin Round House
  • Spin Crescent kick - Switch - Spin Crescent
  • Sweep - Jump Back (spinning) Sweep Kick
  • Spin Crescent - Switch - Spin Hook
  • Spin Hook kick - Switch - Spin Hook Kick
