YELLOW BELT CURRICULUM

Requirement:  BOXING  |  FORM  |  KICKING
(2 months - 24 Classes)


Yellow Belt Boxing:

From fight stance, right leg back:
  • Jab - Jab - Cross - Right Duck Left Duck 
  • Left Hook - Right Hook - Right Duck Left Duck
  • Left Uppercut - Right Uppercut - Right Duck Left Duck
  • Right Round House Kick - Left Round House Kick

Yellow Belt Form: Taegeuk EE Jang 

Stances:
  • Front stance
Hand Techniques:
  • Low Block
  • Punch
  • Inside Forearm Block
  • High Block
Kicking Techniques:
  • Front Kick

Yellow Belt Kicking:
 
Start from fighting stance, kicks are executed multiple repetition each legs:
  • Jump Front kick
  • Round house kick x2 (reset after each kick)
  • Crescent kick - Sweep kick
    (leg remains chambered between kicks)
  • Sweep kick x2 (leg remains chambered between kicks)
  • Skip hook kick - Round house kick
    (leg remains chambered between kicks)
