RED BELT CURRICULUM

Requirement:  BOXING  |  FORM  |  KICKING
(12 months - 144 Classes)

Red Belt Boxing:

From fight stance, right leg back:
- Jab - Cross - Left Hook - Duck - Left Hook - Cross - Jab
- Left Block - Right Block - Jab - Cross - Right Slip, Left Slip
- Left Slap - Cross , Left chisel
- Cross - Left Slap - Right Round House 

Red Belt Form: Taegeuk Yuk Jang

Stances:
  • Front Stance,  Back Stance, Normal Stance
Hand Techniques:
  • Low Block
  • Circle Forearm Block
  • Knife Hand Block
  • Outside Forearm Block
  • Punch
  • Palm Hand Block
Kicking Techniques:
  • Front kick
  • Round House 

Red Belt Kicking:
 
Start from fighting stance, kicks are executed multiple repetition moving forward in a line:
  • Jump Front kick - Switch - Jump Front kick
  • Spin Round house -  No Switch/Switch - Spin Round House
  • Spin Crescent kick - No Switch/Switch - Spin Crescent
  • Sweep - Jump Back (spinning) Sweep Kick
  • Spin Crescent - Switch - Spin Hook
  • Spin Hook kick - Switch - Spin Hook Kick
